This family home is named after the Franciscan sisters who lived there until 1935. And even if a sister act is still running Le San Francisco today, they are no longer devoted to contemplation! Parisians by birth, Camille and Mathilde Vermynck left solid ground to take over this establishment located on an island where they used to spend their childhood summers. Camille prepares the cuisine (featured in Le Guide Fooding) and Mathilde is in charge of the dining room and the hotel.
